Plot summary
Slow Hours and If I Dream search for What Right Have I on request from her down-tree, Rav From Whence. On finding her, they learn that she has been staying in heavily populated sims in order to be seen, as she is worried that she will disappear without being found (and, given that, in Judaism, one being remembered is an important concept, this otherwise irrational fear is not without a basis). During the talk that follows, Slow Hours discusses what her usual 'prophecies' are (merely predictions based on reading too much) as well as the four 'real' prophecies she has experienced as dreams: Qoheleth's assassination,[1] Michelle/Sasha quitting,[2] True Name's assassination,[3] and the Century attack itself. What Right Have I gets quite upset, demanding why Slow Hours did not share this information in an attempt to stop these events, but is rebuffed, saying that, in most cases, they were incomprehensible, and the one time she did, trying to talk to Michelle/Sasha, she was reassured it was not the case. After being reassured, both If I Dream, who lost No Longer Myself in the attack, and What Right Have I express hope that there is truth in the prophecies.
