AwDae or RJ Brewster (ey/em; born 2086-05-09, died/uploaded 2115-02-19) was the lead sound technician for the Soho Theatre Troupe based in London. In 2112, ey became one of the lost. Eir fursona was a fennec fox, with a focus on detail that led to eir muzzle being unable to say the two letters of eir chosen name, often going by (and later requesting specifically that ey be addressed as) AwDae.

Two years after being retrieved from being lost, ey was contacted by the S-R Bloc in order to be one of the first attempts at uploading consciousness. While not strictly speaking successful, ey provided the beginnings of what was to become the System. Early on, many uploads mentioned feeling a presence within the System. It has been suggested that ey, in a way, provided the basis for the System itself. This led, centuries later with the publication of Sasha's Ode, to a movement venerating em.
