Ioan's sim is the home of Ioan Bălan and, later, eir partners May Then My Name Die With Me of the Ode clade and Sasha. Until 2350, it consists of a small house containing an open kitchen/living room area, a bedroom with a shower, and a deck populated with Adirondack chairs. The back yard is described as having well-tended grass with a few dandelions, surrounded by lilac bushes. It follows the seasons of the Northern Hemisphere.
After 2350, the sim was expanded to include a second bedroom for Sasha, and was placed within a copy of Arrowhead Lake in order to give Sasha room to roam and feel less hemmed in.
