• Difference in ideals is that the WF views the S-R Bloc as being too socially conservative/stratified and ethically lax, particularly with regards to privacy (technology too invasive, too much spying, too much medical intervention and experimentation).

• A propaganda campaign originating in Rio Grande Do Sul determined to unveil the true intentions of the Aristocracy. As suspicions rise, turmoil between states and civilians form. This initial movement also includes Santa Catarina, Parana, Amazonas, Rondonia and Acre as avid supporters to this campaign, with Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Goias, and Sao Paulo as liberally neutral- while the remaining states are for the current government. 2244 - 2298

• With tensions running high and concerns of the governments true intentions dwindling, Rio Grande Do Sul demands self-governance from Brazil, accusing the aristocracy as puppets to a Military Dictatorship, and announcing they have military backing of Uruguay to ensure their demands — under the negotiations that the two allied countries would be mutual trade partners once Rio Grande Do Sul gains independence.
